2026 SSP Spring Retreat

Registration for the 2026 SSP Spring Retreat is live! Please register here. This year’s SSP Spring Retreat will be held in person in Sitka from April 28 to April 30, 2026 at Harrigan Centennial Hall. Everyone is welcome to join us, Please register by March 13, 2026 to confirm your spot.
Retreat Schedule:
Tuesday, April 28: 9 a.m. start
Wednesday, April 29: 9 a.m. start
Thursday, April 30: 9 a.m. start
Retreat Donations:
Your generous support is appreciated for the success of this retreat, although attendance is free. For those able to contribute, we recommend a suggested donation of $150 per person. However, please note that this is a sliding scale donation, and your attendance is welcome regardless of your contribution. Click here to donate.
Lodging:
Please book your lodging as soon as possible as places to stay will fill up quickly.
For those who need lodging in Sitka – we have reserved room blocks at two hotels. We have rooms blocked at the Aspen Suites Hotel for $169 a night plus tax. To reserve your room, call the Aspen Hotel at (907) 747-3477 and give the promo code “SSP26”. We have rooms blocked at the Southeast Resort (formerly Westmark Hotel) for $150 a night plus tax, use promo code “SSP2026” when you call (907) 747-6241 or book online. These room blocks are valid until 3/27 and are limited and have a check-in date of April 27 and check out date of April 30.
The retreat will take place at Harrigan Centennial Hall, a short walk from the Aspen and Southeast Resort Other lodging options in Sitka include the Baranof Lodge as well as several options on Airbnb and Vrbo.
Meals:
Breakfasts, lunches, and some refreshments will be catered during retreat hours Tuesday through Thursday. Dinner will be provided on Wednesday.
We are thrilled to partner with ‘Our Town’ Catering for our retreat meals. Located in Sitka, AK, ‘Our Town Catering’ is known for its expertise in utilizing locally harvested food and sourcing the freshest ingredients to deliver authentic flavors to the Sitka area. Having experienced Chef Edith‘s delightful cuisine last year, we look forward to enjoying her catering again this year.
