The Alaska Youth Stewards program is seeking crew leaders for the 2024 season! Crew leaders are responsible for training and supporting youth crews throughout the field season and are hired by the host organization for a minimum of 4-6 months. Crew members, aged 14-18, are paid and participate in the season starting in June – mid August.

Hiring time frame is dependent on crew but can be as early as March and go until late May. A typical season runs roughly early June through mid August.
